Fellow IT team member listening to a lunch time discussion about courses. We've had the usual issues this morning, printers going awry, network connections failing but nothing too serious. One of the key tests has been of memory - can you remember the mouse clicks to get to a diolog box to reset network connnections or net proxies when the OS or browser is in Polish, or Russian, or arabic.
