Ray
Roy is in Security...or gate marshalling (I'm not too sure what this team is called). He's been moved about the site from checkpoint to checkpoint over the last few days. His job is to make sure that only accredited people get into the enclosed areas and to be able to spot a tall tale from mile away.
Like many of the volunteers, Ray has been involved in rowing for years. Some started out as rowers, others came into the sport as parents. His sone is part of the Organising team and asked him to take part. He'd like to be part of the Olympic volunteer team, if he is still around - as he says, he;s had his three score years and ten and then some - so he is getting in the practice now.
