RIngers in the boat?
Whilst the Junior Officials preparation in the form of practice is allowed, the senior teams are not allowed to practice, as stated in the rules. (there are ruiles, not many, but there are a few). The OC gain an advantage in more subtle ways, collecting as many ex-Olympians as they can. Here's Steve Redgrave who's won more than a few medals, getting ready to row.
Most of the rules are pretty obvious - but for some reason there is also a rule about no cell phones in the boat. Not sure why, maybe it is to prevent detonating the mines on the course ;-)
